Shipping and Delivery

*Customs pieces and web store stock are on hold while I take a maternity leave. I should be back to doing this in late 2023*

Shipping within Canada is $10 flat rate or calculated for expedited or express options. Shipping to the USA is calculated. I am not currently shipping outside of Canada and the United States.  

Your items will be shipped out within five business days of your order being placed and tracking will be provided. 

Undeliverable packages that are returned to me that incur any extra shipping charges will be your responsibility so please ensure your address is correct. Please contact me if your item arrives damaged due to shipper handling and I will be happy to file a claim.

Local YYC Pickup orders will be available for pickup at Rite of Ritual, a local shop within five business days of the purchase date. The address is 211 17th Ave SE in downtown, close to the Elbow River Casino. Please wait for an email from me confirming when your order will be available there for pickup. I normally drop orders off on Saturdays. Their hours of operation are 11-6pm seven days a week, apart from holidays.
